GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO THE BOOKING.
Description of the booking process, deposit payment, balance payment

1. Making a booking.
1.1 The booking will be made via langart.net through an online booking system.

2. Deposit payment
2.1 A deposit, in the amount specified in the booking process, to secure a place on the course, will be charged to the student at the time of booking.

3. Balance payment
3.1 The balance will be paid by the student to the school directly.
3.2 For the payment of the balance, the school will issue an invoice to the student, with the deposit deducted, and forward it to the student along with confirmation of enrolment and other documents relating to the booking. The invoice will include the methods of payment accepted by the school, as well as the deadline for payment.

Registration: 

When you register at NESE, you must bring the following with you: 

• Your Passport and your I-20; 

• A receipt indicating pre-payment for your tuition and housing;

• Proof of existing health insurance if you will not purchase NESE Health Insurance.

Payment: 

Please note that all fees must be paid in full 2 weeks before the start of your first session and again 2 weeks before the beginning of every other session you attend. 

Payment Method: 

Flywire, Credit / Debit Card, US$ traveller’s checks or Money Order, Bank Draft, Bank Transfer (IAT/ACH Transfer). 

Additional Fees:

• Application Fee - Required. This fee is a non-refundable one-time charge.

• Tuition Deposit - Required. This fee is a non-refundable one-time charge. The non-refundable tuition deposit WILL BE CREDITED towards your first session’s tuition.

• Housing Guarantee - Required. This fee is NOT a payment. It is just a Housing Deposit Guarantee. NESE will NOT charge your credit card if you meet all terms of the NESE Housing Acceptance Agreement.

• NESE Health Insurance - Optional. NESE health insurance covers NESE F-1 Visa holders only. It does not cover pre-existing conditions. For additional policy information, please contact NESE directly.

• Express Courier Fee - This fee is a non-refundable one-time charge (required for some programs).

• Airport Transfer - Optional one way transfer. Please note that there is a $60 surcharge for airport transfers after midnight, and on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day holidays.

Cancellation and Refunds: 

• Application Fee: Non-Refundable. 

• Tuition Deposit: Fully Refundable after Session Starts. 

• Tuition Payment: Fully Refundable before Session Starts / Pro-Rated by Week after Session Starts. 

• Housing Guarantee: No Forfeiture More than 2 Weeks before Session Starts / Forfeiture in Full Less than 2 Weeks before Session Starts and after Session Starts. 

• Housing Payment: Fully Refundable More than 2 Weeks before Session Starts / Forfeiture of US$250* Housing Guarantee Less than 2 Weeks before Session Starts / Pro-Rated Fee + Forfeiture of US$250* Housing Guarantee After Session Starts. 

* This fee is NOT a payment. It is just a Housing Deposit Guarantee. NESE will not charge your credit card if you meet all terms of NESE’s Housing Acceptance Agreement. Studio Apartment Housing Guarantee: US$500.

All refunds are given in the same form in which payment was made. 

If NESE rejects your application, or cancels a class, a full tuition refund will be made within 30 days. In the case of visa denials, non-refundable fees will also be returned. Further, tuition for all future sessions is fully refundable. Please note that representatives may have refund policies that are different from those of NESE. Please consult NESE or your representative for further information.
